As our signs are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Online NZ Signs, your satisfaction is our priority.

As all of our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

However, if there is a fault with the product or it arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address].
Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any damage

We will either:

  • Provide a replacement free of charge, or

  • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible.


Important Notes:

  • As all signs are custom printed, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind after production has begun.

  • We provide a design proof for your approval before printing begins. Please check your proof carefully.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for errors approved in the final proof.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the design proof has been approved.
Once a proof is approved and printing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.


Shipping Issues

We take care to package our products securely.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
