Refund policy

Any agreement to refund/exchange purchased goods must be made via email to orders@onlinenzsigns prior to the goods being returned. A refund or exchange will only be granted if the good are faulty or deemed misrepresented.  A refund or exchange will not be granted for change of mind or due to an incorrect choice. In all circumstances, shipping costs incurred when returning goods are payable by the purchaser and will not be reimbursed by Signs NZ Online.
